I have been helping people buy & sell real estate in the Twin Cities for 19+ yrs. I am not only a Realtor® but I am also a Broker in MN as well as Wisconsin. This means that I have significantly more education, training & real-life experience to help the clients that I work with. Along with being a Twin Cities native living in the north metro area most of my life, I am happily married to a wonderful woman for 29 years. We have two great adult kids and we couldn’t be more proud of them both!

The Twin Cities is experiencing another very strong seller’s market with the inventory staying at all-time low levels. This means there are many challenges in getting a buyer’s offer accepted when competing with many other offers on the same property. Due to my extensive experience, I have a variety of ways to structure offers as well as strategies that I use that help to get them accepted.

I get up each day with the feeling of gratitude for the outstanding business that I have – helping so many awesome clients with their real estate needs. I just love to see their smile when they are handed keys to their new home!
